[78-L] posting 78rpm records on YouTube - help!

I have posted several Robeson Recordings, including one as late as 1939 (Trees), and none of them have been Blocked . They are all Victor Records.

Well, thanks to Warner Music Group, I have a strike on my account. They blocked "Ol' Man River" sung by Paul Robeson, as recorded for Victor on March 1, 1928. Matrix 43122 take 3. I wonder how Sony Music Entertainment feels about Warner claiming what is rightfully theirs? 

I was wondering if anyone else had similar issues, and how they handled it. 

Also an entity named "Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society" continues to place ownership notices on videos, not for the recording, but for the music itself, mostly of operatic material clearly in the public domain. Does anyone know anything about this group. 

I'd be delighted if experienced uploaders (Cliff?) would help me out.
