[78-L] Green Label Columbia Records - Canadian Pressed?

I've got a Columbia record (10" 78) that I think is Canadian-pressed, but I can't find any information about this record (or the series).

The catalog number is 4138-M, the matrix numbers are CL 5627 and CL 5628. The label is green, and it has the "masterworks" style notes and mic logo. It actually says "Made in USA", but I read that this might be because the labels were printed in the USA, but the discs manufactured by the Canadian publisher?

I'd like to find the date it was published, and any other information about the series, if available. Can you help?
