[78-L] politically incorrect record art

This needs a CD reissue!  I noticed the difference after I sent out the
first picture with the Garden State Records price sticker.  That sticker
is mid-60s so this might be a later printing of the cover -- and it is a
good example of a censored version of a cover being issued.
