[78-L] diminshed value beccause of edge flake (not touchinggrooves)

If it were at auction,  of course it would depend on the desires of the 
bidders.  Personally,  if it was something I wanted very much,  and the chip 
was of the kind that would probably not turn into something worse,  I would 
pay about the same as I would for a "regular" E+ copy.
