I too love hearing of the cat.

I have had some amazing cats, but can not be owned by any now as my wife 
is terribly allergic. We also have a fellow on our Citroen Lists who 
often ends his missives with something about his cats.

(A  sultry night  in the Pyrenees ; cat out doing 'things' in the dark)
(v.warm and dry in the Pyrenees, cat off lurking someplace in the 
undergrowth)
(warm rather than hot in the Pyrenees; cat in disgrace after murdering a 
  redstart before breakfast)
