Did you ever see the clip of him soloing on "Sing, Sing, Sing" with the
Benny Goodman band? Not an extraordinary solo, yet he could more than hold
his own. Benny got a kick out of it based on the expression on his face.

One more thing that Caesar could do. Amazing!
