Yeah Laurie had been with RCA for years--especially the record club division in Terre Haute IN
Didn't EMI have some sort of claim on Brunswick [the Jackie Wilson and soul years]???
I knew about Aladdin, since Blue Note has reissued their stuff..didn't know
bout the others.
