This film is on the 2-DVD expanded edition of THE ATOMIC CAFÉ.  I'm not home
to check, but I think it has the opening credits there.

This is missing the opening title cards.  For many years the National
Archives did not have the master and used a print made from MY 16mm
print.  There is a web page somewhere which gives the full info on the
production of this film and the company which did it -- and soon after
went out of business.
