78 RPM Collectors' Community:

I also belong to a few related Yahoo! Groups (easily searched at  
Yahoo's site), and a couple of Facebook groups devoted to 78s.

None of these have the eminence of 78-L, of course -- that takes  
years of existence, and the knowledge and/or patronage of hundreds  
(thousands?).
