Just for the record, Nelson Eddy had no film projects at the time WotW was aired--per the
AFI catalogue, "Sweethearts" finished principal photography on 13 Sep. and "Let Freedom 
Ring" wouldn't begin until 25 Nov.
 
Are there any records of actual suicides or other deaths that can be attributed directly and
unambiguously to the broadcast? (I'm inclined to doubt it, but if anyone would know for
certain it would be members of this list.) Did telephone and telegraph lines experience
unusual traffic that evening?
