Now, a correction. Dave Burnham sent a link indicating that TTT had been 
released in time for Christmas 1939, and I'd only looked in the Canadian Victor 
catalogs. The US 1940 edition definitely does list it.

Perhaps this explains why side one is a dub - because it got worn out or damaged in the US before it came to Canada, (my copy is a Canadian pressing).  I don't want to sound like I think I know all things about all recordings, but I can't believe that a set which has been around since before I was born sold enough copies to wear out the stamper if, with the experience I have with records, I had not only never seen it, but I had never even heard of it.
