Filmophones were manufactured from about 1930-1932. Like other flexible plastic records
from that era, their materials sometimes get wishy-washy with age and render the discs
unplayable. Filmophones in good condition have sold for pretty decent (for the seller)
prices on Ebay. They were pressed in various colours and can be quite attractive.
