[78-L] Vi 42106

I have recently acquired 10", Blue label, Vi 42106. The Encyclopedic 
Discography of Victor Records at Santa Barbara has no info. All the 
lettering including the copyright data, except for "Chinese Cantonese" & 
"Song with accompaniment", is in Cantonese. The numbers int the runouts 
are 7199 (1788) and 7200 (1789).
When and where was this recorded and who is the artist?
