[78-L] Vardell dates needed

Anyone (hey, Uncle Dave Lewis, you for instance) have a birth and possible date 
for composer Charles G. Vardell Jr.? I've found the dates for everyone else on 
the great old Mercury "Fiesta in HiFi" album (man that still sounds great) but 
not Vardell. Nothing on Google either..nor the reissue of the album on Eastman 
Rochester Archives (which reissue is at half the volume and running slow, by 
the way).
