Relic reissued most of the doo wop material
Delmark had some of the R & B
Bear Family put out the Dean Martin and Johnnie & Jack on their boxsets.
I wonder if they ever
id anything in the way of reissues?

When I was at the closing sale at Rare Records in Glendale, in '92 (I think),
omeone there was claiming that the store owned the rights to Apollo's back
atalog but didn't have too many of the actual records. I wonder if they ever
id anything in the way of reissues?

By 1957, Apollo was on it's way out. Hy Siegel has left, and so had their main

was left to contend with an expensive lawsuit from Hill-Range on her own. Most

the Gordon MacRae titles to Enoch Light for release on Colortone. When the

probably didn't transfer with it, although Berman never issued it on her later
hadow label, Kenwood.
