By 1957, Apollo was on it's way out. Hy Siegel has left, and so had their main artist, Mahalia Jackson, and Bess Berman
was left to contend with an expensive lawsuit from Hill-Range on her own. Most likely she simply cut a cheap license for
the Gordon MacRae titles to Enoch Light for release on Colortone. When the tape moved from Light to Ampar the rights
probably didn't transfer with it, although Berman never issued it on her later shadow label, Kenwood.
