Well, yeah..since Emile Berliner established a Canadian operation somewhere 
around the year one, and his son Herbert started the Compo Company in the 
1910s. Post-war we had Musicana, which used Sparton's facilities, then Mercury 
of Canada which morphed into Quality in 1950. There were some west coast labels 
as well, although for some of them it was easier to get pressings done in the 
States. Victor, Compo, Quality and Sparton all did custom pressings for small 
labels up here as well as handling labels like London, MGM, Decca et al.
