[78-L] Yahoo kafooie

I dunno about anyone else but lately I have been getting many spam 
emails from entities claming to be Yahoo groups telling me I've been 
signed up (oh goody) and to unsubscribe just send an email to an 
"unsubscribe" email address they specify. When I do this it immediately 
bounces leading me to believe these are not in reality Yahoo groups!
Yahoo is no help at all. How the hell do I get rid of them and still 
keep the Yahoo groups that relate to us 78rpm
