 Four titles were recorded for that H N Society Records session in 1945. In
 addition to the two titles you have on HN 101 there was HN 102.
 The titles were....Mx 500 "I'd Do Anything For You" and Mx 502 "Armand The
 Groove"
No precise date is given by Jepsen. Just "1945."
 I have all four sides of that date but unfortunately I can't answer your
 question about the provenance of that label.
 However if you want to hear the other two sides I can send.
One more thing. The address on the label which is 130 W. 56th Street
is of the New York City Center theatre..
