Does anyone have a copy of Columbia A-309 to check the title for me?

The source I am reading gives:

"Brother Masons: Juxheirat"

Just trying to determine what context in which the third word is given, and if that is 
the correct spelling.

Also, at what number did Columbia stop issuing single sided, 4-digit popular series records? 
Somewhere in the 3000s? 4000s?
