 From an old eBay listing:

    1. 12" 78rpm original Melotone Recording Studio (NYC) disc featuring the
greatest bad singer of all time: Florence Foster Jenkins. One side features
Adele’s Laughing Song from Die Fledermaus, and the other side features Biassy
with words by Pushkin, Melodie-Song: Count A. Pavlovich, Based on Prelude XVI –
Bach. Both labels have a bit of damage on the bottom, but on one side you can
still make out: Cosme McMoon: Piano. In 1938, Jenkins made her only recordings
at the Melotone Studio which were pressed and sold privately. Her accompaniest,
McMoon, was a flamboyant and eccentric character well known in NYs underground
gay community. In 1944, Jenkins performed at Carnegie Hall and died a month
later in a music store. Her last words were "It must've been the chicken."
