[78-L] orphan disk registry

I think it would be a good idea to start a missing record registry to 
help people complete short sets. We could use the archives. Any 
suggestions how do do it?

When I was cataloging my collection, I made note of records from sets 
with an extra column, so I can easily set mine out.
