With a quick glance, (not to imply I have every record ever made, I just can't find it), I found two Durbin sets in the folded format; the one you mentioned and Souvenir Album Number 3, number 128, both with booklets tucked in with one of the records.  I have albums 4 & 5 in regular book form but so far I can't find album 2.
