I can't speak to the appropriateness of the price, but it is a "late 
1960 well after the sell-by date for UK 78s" release. If memory 
serves, it was a very low pressing quantity, and for a while it 
existence was only speculated. It was mentioned in a mid 1990s issue 
of  the UK's Record Collector magazine.

If anything, it probably the last regular issue RCA 78 in the UK, if 
not THE last regular issue UK 78.
