[78-L] Capitol DJ Pressing Labels

While perusing the latest over at oBoo, I found a record listed as a 
1950 Capitol DJ Pressing. Its Capitol 893 - Pee Wee Hunt - That's a 
Plenty b/w Royal Garden Blues

How could this be a DJ copy as it doesn't have that indicated on the 
label, albeit it  s a white label, and specifically states: 'Licensed 
by manufacturer only for non-commercial use for phonographs in homes. 
Manufacturer and original purchaser agree that this record shall not 
be resold for any other purpose.'

Was this just maybe a screw up label-wise on Capitol's part?
