Stuart died in 1928.  He was the subject of a biopic, "You Will  Remember." 
 It contains a performance of "Lily of Laguna" but only snatches  of 
Florodora's music, behind dialogue.  My guess is that they had  to work around 
copyright problems.
 
Billie Burke appeared in his "The School Girl" in 1903 --- in London, I  
believe.
