Date on cover of Co Album C-177 (= 38365-67) is 1949.
Canadian Album A-76 has a completely different front cover, which mentions the additional titles.
Releaase nrs known (prob in the C-6430s) ?

Possibly the US release date can be guessed based on the preceding issues. 
Highest mx on an adjacent issue is CO-40060 Doris Day-Buddy Clark: My Darling on Co 38353.
Or Billboard may be useful.
