[78-L] "Voices of History"

No date mentioned on my disc, just a reference to his death which had been in 
early 1939. I haven't heard the 1931 recording (unless it's the same), but the 
voice is very feeble and hesitant on this one, which was cut and pressed in 
Montreal.
