[78-L] What's this?

Okay, sleuths..who does I STILL GET A THRILL with matrix number 9967-2, issued 
on some label (likely a Compo one) with catalog number 41231-B? I have this as 
a single sided pressing with a pale blue label and "Record No. 2, Montrose 
Broadcast #5, Property of Messrs S. P. Myers & Co., 510 McGill St., Montreal" 
in type face on the label. Obviously part of a broadcast that used commercial 
recordings.
