[78-L] Capitol schmutz

I haven't used Lens Cleaner..at the risk of arousing the Disc Doctor's wrath
(and we haven't heard from him for a while), I'll advocate Windex for cleaning
lacquers. Works beautifully because of the small amount of ammonia in it, and
then you rinse it out.
