Evidently Tempo started with a 500 series "from this period" in 1946,
and began a 400 series in 1949.
We discussed the label long ago and then it became evident it used only
the even catnrs.
The Lord lists also 4526. Is it possible that the 4500 series is 45-rpm?
Most likely Lord got his info from Bruyninckx (using Jepsen) & Garrod.

I have images of Pan-American 046, which is credited to JOE VENUTI.
Odd label.
013/015/029/030/112/113 are by Dan Kalauawa Stewart, undoubtedly known to
Hawaiian discographers.
019 is Yum Yum Blues/Pom Pom by "The Orchestra of Stars, Conducted by Cliff Lange"
(the last letter pres. an "e", later issues as Clifford Lang.), featuring Tommy Todd-p.
044 by Eddie Cantor + Mendez
069 by John Laurenz
More Ra(f)fael Mendez-tp; also Camille Howard;more Cliff Lang.

Pretty much the same info as in Garrod, and no mention of LPs. If there were
still a CD industry, this would probably be worth doing as a compilation.
