[78-L] Book and cassette of Rare Philadelphia records - offer for Shipping REimbursement

I bought one of these when originally offered, very enjoyable!

Maybe they would be worth more giving them away to educational 
institutions, public libraries, at least you take a right-off, yes? You 
would know more about such things than I...
