Joe Jordan lived his last years in Tacoma, Washington. His early fame as a
composer, performer and recording artist was set aside for a final career in
real estate. Still, he found time to write the Washington State song, and
counsel young musicians. I knew him slightly. His grandson, Tony Quinn is a
friend. With my new radio program, I'd like to play a couple of his
recordings, but do not have any. Anyone who could supply me with a couple of
his recordings. Need wave files. Contact me off line if interested. I'd be
happy to send a copy of the show, credit them on the show, and of course,
Tony and his family would be pleased.
