Thanks,  Larry...that's what I recall the book saying.  Does anyone have a 
copy of Harmony 963 to play and tell me if it's electric or acoustic?  I 
know that different versions of the same song on different labels sometimes 
used the same arrangement,  but this "Harry Smith" Romeo is note-for-note 
what the thing on the LP sounds like...and I do recall the copy I had years 
ago of the Harmony as not being electric.
