[78-L] Broken lp

Anyone ever tried to repair a broken lp? I came across one in an estate 
collection the other day, pressed by Quality Records who were notorious for 
quiet but very thin pressings in the 60s (probably manufactured from the 
regrind they bought from a transcription distribution company). This has a big 
v-shaped piece out (somewhat curved) and naturally it's one I'm not likely to 
run across elsewhere, a tenth anniversary presentation to a Toronto broadcaster.

Lining up the pieces of a 78 is enough fun, but at least you can see the 
alignment with the naked eye (those of us who can still see, that is).
