Greetings from FixitLand!
Sorry for delay in response -- have been on vacation the last week
and starting inventory this week...aaargh!

The LP (LPM-1555) was recorded 5/6/7 June 1957 in Webster Hall, NYC
and released soon thereafter. A stereo edition, LSP-1555 (true
stereo, not processed), came out the following year. The selections:
5 June 1957:
H2PB-4442-3 Penthouse Serenade
H2PB-4443-3 My Hero
H2PB-4444-3 Where Or When
H2PB-4445-4 Hot Toddy
6 June 1957:
H2PB-4446-3 Rag Mop - voc by The Band
H2PB-4447-4 I'll Be With You In Apple Blossom Time
H2PB-4448-6 Joshua
H2PB-4449-3 If I Loved You
7 June 1957:
H2PB-4450-5 Street Of Dreams
H2PB-4451-4 Some Enchanted Evening
H2PB-4452-6 Giannina Mia
H2PB-4453-4 Serenade (Drigo)
RCA Victor issued a two-track (full-track stereo) reel-to-reel tape
(BPS-83) containing most of the selections (omitting My Hero, If I
Loved You, Some Enchanted Evening and Serenade), and a cartridge tape
(KPS-2003) containing Penthouse Serenade, My Hero, Hot Toddy, Rag
Mop, I'll Be With You In Apple Blossom Time, Joshua, Some Enchanted
Evening and Giannina Mia. Back to records, there is a 45-rpm stereo
single (61-7362 Hot Toddy/Where Or When) as well as the mono 47-7362
(the possibility exists of a 78-rpm 20-7362, most likely Canada
only); 45EP EPA-4219 Penthouse Serenade/My Hero/Giannina Mia/Serenade
also came out as stereo ESP-4219 (the mono 45EP was withdrawn 13
March 1958 "to be released at a future date"); there was also
EPA1-1555 Hot Toddy/Rag Mop/Joshua/Street Of Dreams (mono only).
Finally, there are various and sundry issues of some of these tracks
on latter-day compilations, and excerpts of "Rag Mop" and "Joshua" as
part of stereo demos like SP-33-13 "Sounds In Space" (also on 45,
61-7370, and a cartridge version too).
And that's just the RCA Victor issues.
Take care,
Joe
