[78-L] Pete Hanley OKEH 6980 78 w/Stamped White Label

These OK labels are fairly common at the time.
I have images in the range 6970 - 7047.
6970 also has BMI stamped on the label. Everything in capitals.
I do not think these are real tests; possibly promo/demo issues which could be
produced easily this way.
Other promo issues have nornal white printed labels with "For Radio Stations"
and show the playing time.
