[78-L] Another song with the "wrong title"

Thought it was a Jerome Kern song from "The Cat And The Fiddle" (which it is) 
but I see there's also "She Didn't Say Yes, She Didn't Say No, She Only Said 
Maybe" which Johnny Marvin did with the All Star Orchestra on VI 21667 (1928).
