[78-L] bruno bertollazi

I recently bought a used copy of the Bertollazi book about multiphonics for winds (FYI on occasion I am known as a bassoonist)and it is missing the flexidisk that came with it. At least, I believe it was a flexidisk. 

Does anyone have a copy of this disk? If you do, is it possible to get a copy of the disk in any format including downloadable mp3s?
