[78-L] Museum quality?

I have one-time bought from this seller and was satisfied with the purchase. 
However, on another occasion I made a mixed experience: Some years ago this same seller offered a "Rare Russian Gramophone Concert w/Sleeve". In his ad he only pictured the label of an early Russian record without sleeve. I collect early and unusual sleeves, especially with matching record. Luckily I didn't bid on spec but asked him for a scan of the sleeve. 
It turned out to be a FRENCH sleeve! His accompanying commentary was as follows: "It is not an exact match, but a good period sleeve which comes close." Nothing of the kind showed up in his ad. I felt bluffed at that moment.
