[78-L] Smoke, anyone? (was Lennick's compilation)

In 1949 Johannes Heesters, the world's oldest now living recording 
artist (107 last December) recorded the "Zigerettenlied". Heesters was a 
heavy smoker himself, but gave up cigarettes at 103, in order to please 
his wife.
"I didn't want to disappoint her with an early death", he said.
