[78-L] USO 'Rainbo Record' & Warner Automatic Voice Studio Discs

Just bought a small group of 78s from a local estate sale, including an album full of 'home recordings'.
 
One is 6 1/2 inch picture disc (A RAINBO RECORD) for the USO with a mailing envelope postmarked Sep 30, 1946 from Hinesville, GA (Camp Stewart) and the other is dated 5-14-44 with the Warner Automatic Voice Studio label on a single sided 5 inch cardboard/lacquer disc, similar to the 'Hit Of The Week' records.

These discs are new to me.  There is a lot of info about the Warner Automatic Voice Studio discs, but nothing about this particular 5 inch cardboard/lacquer version.  The USO picture disc is sponsored by the National Catholic Community Service group.  Can't find anything about that, either.
