[78-L] EQ ideas for transferring acoustic 78s?

Actually I've had discs with 25 hz hum, recorded in Canada in the days when 
Toronto ran on 25 cycle power (remember "cycles"?). Never 50 though. What's fun 
is a dubbed lacquer, possibly off speed, where you don't know which hum to 
pitch to.
