I got it -- thanks for that link! Being from a master pressed 78,  
this is a cleaner transfer (and without reverb!) than the LP issue,  
even with the swish noise. I'm a happy camper, even if the YouTube  
poster transferred it fast (I'd bet this runs at 76.59 rpm...).

Urk. They have no interest in issuing such material, but they get  
bent out of shape if someone shares a 78. Feh.

Hmmm. I don't believe it was any decision of Jean Goldkette's not to  
issue "I Didn't Know"...and there were a few other titles recorded  
those two days at Detroit Athletic Club. "I Didn't Know" and  
"Adoration" are the only ones of the bunch to include Bix; maybe  
that's what the author is trying to say. (No Bix, then it doesn't  
matter? Or should I say, "What Does It Matter?"--the A side [by  
Shilkret] of a Goldkette record that *does* have Bix...<grin>)
