[78-L] Early Victor/HMV Query.

Hi!

I have here what I assume is a Victor record released in Canada. The 
label mentions everything from Berliner Gram-O-Phone, through Victor 
to His Master's Voice.

It is a black label 10" record 16141.

Flanagan On A Farm - Steve Porter.
Shipmates - (Billy) Golden & Hughes.

Neither side is listed in any book that I have, so can anyone help me 
with dating it, giving me its matrix number, etc.?
