With the price of lumber going up and offices downsizing/going paperless 
may I recommend "Vertical" file cabinets.  Three feet wide, 17 inches 
deep, 4-5 drawers each, they hold 3-rows of 78's quite nicely.  And you 
can set boxes on top if need be.  I've picked up 3 over the past year 
for $50 each.  Very sturdy and they don't sag.

BUT..... be sure to fill the bottom drawer first!!!
