[78-L] YOUNGSTER Record Sleeve by Grey Gull For Children

Just got home with a small box of records and found 3 Little Wonder records stuffed into a small sleeve, "YOUNGSTER / recorded by Grey Gull For Children".  You can view the sleeve here:

The sleeve measures about 6 1/8 inches across, just about the right size for the Little Wonder records.  Is it the original sleeve for Little Wonder records??
