Who did the pressing for those Indian 78s?Was it British Decca? The only other
India pressed 78s
I ever heard of were those of the Beatles from around 1967.I think the recording
I'm thinking of was "Ticket to Ride".I'm curious in knowing what the Phil
Spector recordings were:the only one I
am familiar with that he was on was "To Know Him(Is To Love HIm)" by the
Poni-Tails.He was
said to have played guitar on that recording.

The Rolling Stones were never on a 78, but the Beach Boys were (in India).
There were several Phil Spector 78s in South Africa. Don't remember which ones.
I remember they were licenced to the RIDGE label.
I sold them with my collection of 1,000 late rock'n'roll 78s from around the
world (ca. 1957 to 1966).
