To the best of my knowledge -- no -- BUT -- this is were you have to 
go with a best guess -- did other UK Decca stuff from then make it 
out in India or the Philippines. If so, then chances are good. We 
know that Telstar by the Tornados was a 78 in Brazil, and that was 
1962. Come on by the Stones was a year later.
