I've got one just like that, except mine has a time-controlled, switched
outlet on the back - you can have it turn on the light in the window. But no
Nipper. And it doesn't run anymore.

+AD4- What a cute vintage 1920s Telechron clock. Too bad someone mickey-moused
+AD4- it with a 1940s-era Nipper logo. That's the simplified Nipper that used
+AD4- to grace the bass drum in bands who were RCA recording artists. Moe
+AD4- Purtill (Glenn Miller) had that on his bass drum when they were on tour.
+AD4- So did Sonny Greer (Duke Ellington).
+AD4-
+AD4- I wonder if someone should tell the seller that a) that version of
+AD4- Nipper is almost 20 years younger than the clock, and b) RCA did not buy
+AD4- Victor until 1929, and didn't really use Nipper in RCA advertising for
+AD4- some time afterward.
